PROCEDURE
The procedure for taking the entrance exams will be as follows:
1. Contact us
Applicants should contact the center via email at [email protected] and express their interest in studying at the CSDA, specifying their preferred style: classical ballet, Spanish dance, contemporary dance, or social dance. They should also include a link to a 2-3 minute video of themselves dancing. If the applicant passes this initial selection, they will be invited to take the entrance exams, which are held in July and/or September each year.
2. Entrance exams
The applicant must attend in person the official tests held in July and September of the coming year.
IMPORTANT: If you did not obtain your entry qualification in Spain, you must request information from the Spanish Embassy in your country on how to have your qualification recognized. This process can take several months, so if you are interested in studying with us and taking the entrance exams, you should inquire about this process several months in advance.
If the student comes from a country not belonging to the European Economic Community, the process must also be started to apply for a visa in order to be able to legally come to take the entrance exams.
Any official documentation submitted to the center as proof of enrollment must be in Spanish, and if the original language is different, a sworn translation into Spanish must be provided.

Venue: Higher Conservatory of Dance of Alicante.
Tribunal responsible for conducting the specific CSDA 26-27 access tests .
3. Registration for the entrance exam
Prior to the entrance exams, applicants must register for them. Registration will be done online following the general instructions, that is, completing the form, paying the fees, and submitting the required documents.

3.2) Pre-registration

If applicable, a photocopy of the Large Family, Single Parent Family Certificate or other documentation for exemption or discount (disability equal to or greater than 33%, victims of terrorist acts and gender violence, certificate of honors in the average grade of Baccalaureate)
3.2) Sending documentation
IMPORTANT: Once registration is complete and the fees have been paid, it is mandatory to send and submit all required documentation via email to:

The original documentation will be checked against the one received by email at the center before the tests are carried out in person at the center.
The non-veracity of the documentation presented will be grounds for annulment of the entrance exam.

4. Taking the entrance exam
A) Test of theoretical reflection linked to dance.
B) Practical test: A ballet class, a dance class of the style you are applying for, and a "solo" variation of up to 2 minutes will be performed with the group of applicants.
