RELEVANT INFORMATION FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

1. New students: those who have taken the entrance exams in the 2026-2027 call, must enroll through the ARTIC platform from July 13, 2026.

2. The tuition for the first full year is 60 ECTS credits.

DEADLINES:

- From July 13 to 20, 2026, for students who took the test in July.

- From September 7 to 11, 2026 for students who took the test in September.

3. Students in grades 2, 3 and 4:

DEADLINES:

-From June 15 to July 20, 2026.

-From September 7 to 11, 2026.

4. Part-time students:

• Students may request partial enrollment, from 18 to 36 ECTS credits, for justified reasons such as pursuing other studies, employment, or other similar circumstances. To do so, they must complete the attached form no. 11 and include it with their application materials.

Once the registration is completed, download the "Registration Receipt" document and submit it to the center's Secretariat along with the rest of the documentation.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED

1. Completed registration application from the ARTIC application

2. Proof of payment of fees or proof of scholarship application.

3. Original and photocopy of the ID card.

4. Payment of School Insurance fee and original and photocopy of the SIP (health card).

NOTE: All students, whether on scholarship or not, must pay €1.12 in cash at the beginning of the school year for school insurance (except when they are 28 years old or working).

5. Image rights assignment document

6. Scanned passport-size photo (mandatory for the CSDA identity card).

IMPORTANT:

* Registration will not be formalized until all the necessary documentation, listed above, has been provided.

* For the choice of electives (3rd and 4th year), preference will be determined by the average grade of the academic record (see document no. 1. Registration instructions).

* Registrations are considered provisional until October 28, 2024. After this date, no changes will be made to the registration. To request changes to your registration, please use form #14.

* The forms must be completed, signed (digitally) and sent to the email address [email protected]

IMPORTANT UPDATE: For the 2026-2027 academic year, applications for Ministry scholarships will be accepted from April 7th to May 18th, 2026, at 3:00 PM (peninsular time). See link

The submission method is through an online form via the Ministry's website.

RELEVANT INFORMATION REGARDING TAX REFUNDS

If you have paid a fee incorrectly, the CSDA does not issue direct refunds. However, you can request a refund in two steps:

1. Inform the center by filling out form " 8. Fee Refund Request" and sending it to [email protected]
