Higher dance education:

• Royal Decree 632/2010 . Basic content of the Higher Artistic Teaching of Bachelor's Degree in Dance.
• Royal Decree 1614/2009 . Organization of Higher Artistic Teachings.
• Resolution of December 23, 2021 , of the General Secretariat of Universities, which publishes the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of December 7, 2021, which determines the level of correspondence at the level of the Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education of the Higher Degree in Dance in all its specialties.
• Royal Decree 700/2019, of November 29 , which modifies Royal Decree 1850/2009, of December 4, on the issuance of academic and professional degrees corresponding to the teachings established by Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, Education, to set the format, content and documentary support of the European Supplement to the Title of Artistic Education.
• Royal Decree 197/2015, of March 23 , which modifies Royal Decree 1850/2009, of December 4, on the issuance of academic and professional degrees corresponding to the teachings established by Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, Education.

• Royal Decree 427/2013 , of June 14, which establishes the teaching specialties of the Body of Professors of Music and Performing Arts linked to higher education in Music and Dance.
• Royal Decree 1027/2011 , of July 15, which establishes the Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (MECES).
• Royal Decree 1850/2009 , of December 4, on the issuance of academic and professional degrees corresponding to the teachings established by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education.
• Royal Decree 1463/1999   of September 17, which establishes the basic aspects of the curriculum of the teachings of the higher degree of Dance and regulates the entrance exam to these studies.

VALENCIAN COMMUNITY

• Order 25/2011, of November 2 , of the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, which establishes and authorizes the study plans of the higher artistic dance education centers dependent on the ISEACV, leading to the obtaining of the title Graduate or Graduate in Dance.
• Resolution of September 28, 2011 , of the general director of the University, Higher Education and Science, by which the equivalence tables are approved for the individualized recognition of credits in undergraduate higher artistic education in the area of the Valencian Community.
• Decree 69/2011 , of June 3, of the Consell, which regulates the recognition and transfer of credits for higher artistic education. DOGV 06/06/2011.
• Decree 48/2011 , of May 6, of the Consell, which establishes the Regulation of higher artistic education and regulatory framework for the implementation of the study plans corresponding to the official graduate or graduate degrees in the different artistic education superiors, in the area of the Valencian Community. DOGV 05/10/2011.
• Decree 127/2003, of July 11 of the Consell de la Generalitat, which creates the Conservatori Superior de Dansa de Alicante (2003 / S8364), DOGV of July 17, 2003, p. 19,689-19,691.
• Decree 128/2002 . of July 30 of the Valencian Government, by which the curriculum of the teachings of the higher degree of Dance in the Valencian Community is established and the access test to these studies is regulated.

SUPERIOR INSTITUTE OF ARTISTIC TEACHINGS OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY (ISEACV)

• Law 8/2007, of March 2 , of the Generalitat, on the Organization of Higher Centers of Artistic Education and the creation of the Higher Institute of Artistic Education of the Valencian Community.
• Decree 82/2009, of June 12 , of the Consell, by which the Statutes of the Higher Institute of Artistic Education of the Valencian Community are approved.

• Decree 57/2020 , of May 8, of the Consell, regulating the organization and operation of professional music and dance conservatories dependent on the Generalitat

• Royal Decree 85/2007 , of January 26, which establishes the basic aspects of the curriculum of professional dance education regulated by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education.

• Decree 156/2007 , of September 21, of the Consell, which establishes the curriculum of professional dance teachings and regulates access to these teachings.

• Royal Decree 706/2002 , of July 19, which regulates certain incorporations to the higher grade of music education and the equivalences, for academic purposes, of music, song and dance education of the plans of studies that are extinguished with those corresponding to the new organization of the educational system.

• Decree 26/1999. Valencian Government by which the curriculum of the teachings of the average degree of dance is established and its access is regulated.

• RD 1254/1997 . Basic aspects of the curriculum of the middle grade of dance education

Elementary dance lessons:

• Decree 157/2007 , of September 21, of the Consell, which establishes the curriculum of Elementary Dance Education and regulates access to these teachings. Curriculum of Elementary Education.

• Decree 152/1993 , of August 17, of the Valencian Government, which establishes the curriculum for the elementary degree of Dance.

• RD 755/1992 , of June 26, which establishes the basic aspects of the curriculum of the elementary degree of dance education.
