Your training is our goal

The Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Alicante (CSDA), is a center supported with public funds, young and dynamic, capable of adapting to the social demands that the world of dance demands. It is one of the higher centers that exist in Spain together with those located in the cities of Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, Malaga and Valencia.

 

The CSDA has facilities in accordance with the level of higher education, level 2 of the Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (MECES) ; Likewise, it promotes an integral formation at the service of Dance. The CSDA is entitled to teach the two existing specialties Choreography and Interpretation and Dance Pedagogy, although currently only the latter is taught, in the styles of: Classical Dance, Contemporary Dance, Spanish Dance and Social Dance, with a total of 240 ECTS .

 

The CSDA is made up of a Faculty of Professors who, apart from specific dance studies, mostly have university training, which guarantees a job well done, innovation and research as established goals. All that human capital is committed in order to achieve the challenges that society demands of us. Likewise, it has administration and services personnel.

 

The CSDA is open to the world through exchanges through the use of its different options, we find students from other regions of the Spanish state, as well as foreign students through the ERASMUS CARD.

 

The CSDA as a Center for Higher Dance Studies, is integrated, like the rest of the higher artistic education centers of the Valencian Community, in the SUPERIOR INSTITUTE OF ARTISTIC EDUCATION OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY (ISEACV) .
